Start with a hot glue gun and a craft or Splat mat (heat resistant). Make drops of glue, any size you need, and let them dry. Don't worry about the strings of glue, you can tear them off after the glue dries.Next, put a couple of dried glue dots in a baggie and add a few drops of alcohol ink (you waste less if you work in the corner of the bag). Shimmerz paints also work great to paint these little droplets.
When your ready to attach them you can either use Zots or reactivate the hot glue by touching the back of your dot with the metal tip of your glue gun (if you choose this one, work fast before the glue dries again.)Below you can see I used the same technique on a card that I made.
